After a recent audit of the Fannie Mae Vermont Security Instrument Instructions, it was observed that Instruction No. 10 states: “Lenders MUST have the notary sign the blank that appears to the left of the second Borrower signature line on Page 16.”
Even though the notary witness requirement was removed from Vt. Stat. Ann. 27 § 341 in 2004, pursuant to the requirement in Instruction No. 10, Docutech has added a notary witness line to the following documents:
- Cx356 – VT Mortgage
- Cx409 – VT Mortgage FHA
- Cx513 – VT Mortgage Second
- Cx19403 – FHA VT Mortgage
