The websites and phone numbers for counseling agencies are out of date and will be updated to the correct websites and phone numbers.
TX Notice Concerning Extension of Credit – Spanish Version (Cx3640)
A new version of the model form has been made available on the Finance Commission of Texas website. We will be modifying some of the language to match the model form provided.
