Upon review of the Notice of Required Flood Insurance form (Cx10) Docutech has decided to remove the following sentence for Closing packages:
“As of the time of this notice, the flood hazard determination has not been finalized or cannot be made due to the unavailability of information on the property.”
Since Cx10 prints in Closings by default, this statement is not applicable because the flood hazard determination would have occurred prior to receiving this document. Please note that the sentence will still print for non-Closing packages.
