Cx330 is a duplicate of FNMA Form 3020 (available at: https://www.fanniemae.com/singlefamily/security-instruments). Cx19377 is primarily based on FNMA Form 3020, with modifications made to it pursuant to the “Instructions of Model Mortgages” promulgated by HUD (available at: https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/housing/sfh/model_documents).
We will be making minor modifications to these documents to more closely align with the language in FNMA Form 3020. In particular:
- Removing the word “regular” in Definition E, which appeared in the phrase “plus interest and promise to pay this debt in regular Periodic Payments . . .” This word does not appear in Form 3020.
- Changing the word “this” to “the” in Definition P, in the phrase: “any amounts under Section 3 of this Security Instrument.”
- Capitalizing “property” in Clause B, under “Borrower’s Transfer to Lender of Rights in the Property.”
