Upon review of Colorado’s Tangible Net Benefit Disclosure form (Cx12873) and Colorado’s Lock-In Disclosure form (Cx13134), we have updated both documents to include Broker Name field (7029) as an eSignable field in addition to the existing Loan Originator Name field (6887) that was already eSignable.
