Docutech is making significant changes to all of our state-specific Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) security instruments as part of a larger project to create a generic set of HELOC documents. Insofar as deemed appropriate in light of state law, the language and layout of the HELOC security instruments is being standardized. Please note that in order to print any of the newly revamped HELOC security instruments, document trigger “Print Generic HELOC Security Instruments” (field 109179) must be set to “Yes”.
Changes to the HELOC security instruments will be pushed to Production environments as they are completed, beginning on March 23 and continuing over the following weeks.
