Upon a standard review of Colorado’s Lock-In Disclosure (our Cx13134), we have made the following updates and changes to better align with the model form:
•Federal Reserve website link has been removed
•Citations have been changed from § 12-61-914(2)(d), (f) and (3), C.R.S. to §12-61-914(1)(b), C.R.S. and Board Rule 5.14
•Revision date has been changed to January 31, 2017
•Minor spelling and/or grammatical errors corrected
